Steven Caruso's 410 ride

Steven Caruso joined the Sprintcar ranks for the 2008/2009 Australian Speedway season, after 2 years of domination in the 360 Sprintcar class.

The Caruso family, operating out of Adelaide, South Australia made a successful debut in the 2008/2009 season with Steven Caruso making it into his first A Main at Murray Bridge starting from position 18. Steven successfully finished his 1st A Main appearance in 13th spot.

Steven then took all his experience and went "just across the road" to Speedway City and with 31 cars nominated, Steven almost did the impossible and qualified 3rd in the A Main for his second meeting in a 410 Sprintcar.

Steven Caruso's experience in 360 Sprintcars was a great learning curve for the team. The Advanced Line-marking 410 Eagle raced by Steven Caruso and proudly owned by BIG KEV are excelling in their 1st season in 410 Sprintcars.

Although Steven hasn't turned a lot of laps in a Sprintcar, he has demonstrated he sure has what it takes to race with the best in Australia. With no where to go but forward their will be a bright future for Steven Caruso.
